Busy day, but a good one!

This morning Gentry and I took photos with Santa!! :) It was a blast! Hopefully we can make these out into Christmas cards soon, before it's actually Christmas! Only seven days more days!!
After taking pictures with Santa we went to Miss Ashley Litton's bridal shower! Ahhh I am so happy for her! Her husband to be is such a lucky, lucky man to have a person as wonderful as Ashley for a bride! :) It was fun to just hang out all day and talk to all of the lovely ladies that showed up! Overall today was a great day! :)

First Appearance:)

Ahhh I just had my first visit today with the Prince of Peace kindergartners! They were all so cute! I thought that it would be a good idea to go there because I only spent over half of my life at Prince of peace. Haha! I read/sang the 12 Days of Christmas to them and then gave them cherry candy canes! They had so many questions about the pageant and all wanted to touch my crown! It was adorable! That was a good choice for an appearance! Now Gentry and I get to go take pictures with Santa in our crowns and sashes! (Gentry's great idea!) I'm really excited for that!

First Official Blog as Miss Kansas Teen USA:)

WOW! Where do I start I am so thankful and lucky to have all of the supporters that I do, I could not have won without them! Since Sunday night I have signed my contract for the year and can't wait to start preparing for Miss Teen USA! Although I am still of Cloud 9 from winning! It was such a blessing and I am still shocked! I am so glad that I get to represent the great state of Kansas in this year's Miss Teen USA pageant. Also I can't wait to meet all of the beautiful ladies of Vanbros! I'm getting excited for the Miss Arkansas USA and Miss Arkansas Teen USA pageant! It will feel good to be on the other side, watching instead of competing! I will also have my first appearance tomorrow at Prince of Peace Grade School reading to the kindergartners:) Yaay! I will let everyone know how that goes tomorrow!
